Amelia Beswick-Wright

Background

Amelia is an honours student supervised by Dr Ariaan Purich and Dr Felicity McCormack at Monash University. She is interested in broad scale climate variability, understanding interactions between the Antarctic Ice Sheet and the Southern Ocean as well as improving model projections of polar regions. Her project will use a large ensemble of CMIP6 models to investigate the impacts of the Southern Annular Mode and the El Nino Southern Oscillation on projections of runoff and surface mass balance across the Antarctic Ice Sheet
