Background
Anaïs is a PhD student at the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resource Studies at the University of Wollongong. Her research will focus on the international ocean governance framework in the context of climate change. It will analyse the synergies among United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, the Convention on Biological Diversity, the UNFCCC and the CCAMLR. Anaïs is also interested in the importance of educational processes in order to better implement legal frameworks and better protect biodiversity.
Anaïs was part of the French delegation for the negotiations of the post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework under the Convention of Biological Diversity at the French Ministry of the environment. She also created (R)Evolutions and the Environment to support education about environmental issues for young people.
