Daisy brings over six years of specialised proposal development experience across unmanned and autonomous systems R&D, defence and infrastructure sectors to her role as SAEF’s Proposal Development Manager. Her expertise spans traditional government funding, private investment, corporate partnerships and collaborative research agreements across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Japan, the UK, South America, and the United States.
With a proven track record of securing funding across diverse scales and sectors internationally, Daisy is passionate about science communication and translating complex scientific concepts into compelling proposals that drive real-world change. Her Agricultural Science and professional background enable her to bridge technical and commercial teams effectively.
At SAEF, Daisy collaborates closely with Director Steven Chown FAA GAICD and Partnerships Manager Angela Firth to advance Antarctic and Earth System research initiatives and secure critical funding for ground-breaking environmental research that addresses global conservation challenges.
