Background
Cameron is a mechatronic engineer who has worked in the 3D printing industry for the past decade. He has worked at the Intelligent Polymer Research Institute, the Australian National Fabrication Facilities and the Translational Research Initiative for Cellular Engineering and Printing predominantly developing biotech/healthcare research devices and novel 3D printing systems, taking them from proof of concept through to scalable minimum viable products. Working towards ISO13485 quality management certification (an international quality standard for medical devices) has caused Cameron to become a stickler for good documentation and project management. His core skills are in CAD, design for manufacturing, printed circuit board design, general purpose coding and rapid prototyping. He is a jack of all trades and a quick learner.
Cameron is working on the Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) project and will be focusing on hardware integration and optimisation so we can have longer deployment times and higher reliability.
